Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days by providing a valid reason for returning the Order. If there is any defect or problem with the product, We will accept the return request.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods, or on which a third party appointed by You, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same payment method that You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
• The Goods are in their original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods that, according to their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or have passed their expiry date.
• Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• Goods that, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, at Our sole discretion.

Only regularly priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods purchased on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You where prohibited by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, We recommend using an insured and trackable courier or mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the returned Goods or proof of successful return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and were shipped directly to You, You will receive a gift credit equal to the value of Your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to You.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give to You later, We will issue the refund to the gift giver.
